Job summary

Any Baby Can in Austin, Texas seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to work with infants and toddlers and their families. You will provide gross motor therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help families integrate skills into daily routines.

The role requires TX licensure and a Master’s in Physical Therapy, with English/Spanish language skills preferred. This position is based in Austin with flexible/hybrid work options and the potential for Telehealth support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide gross motor therapy for infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Involve families to integrate gross motor skills into routines.
• Refer to or coordinate with orthopedists, neurologists, and other specialists as needed.
• Deliver services in-person or via Telehealth and maintain timely documentation.
• Meet agency timelines and complete required paperwork daily.
