Family of Kidz in Ulster County, NY seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluator to design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on caseload and to administer and document evaluations.

The role offers part-time or full-time potential with compensation at $90 per hour, flexible scheduling, collaboration with school teams and families, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up Physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
