Description

STEPS for Kids in Yorkville, IL is currently seeking Physical Therapists who are passionate about pediatrics, family-centered and play-based care, team collaboration, and lifelong learning. Hourly part-time and PRN positions are available with flexible scheduling from 6 to 25 hours per week. This position supports work-life balance and offers a comprehensive pediatric program delivering quality care with flexibility, support, and professional growth.

This role involves working with a varied diagnostic caseload treating children from birth through adolescence, including birth injuries, neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic conditions, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Candidates should be able to work with children with diverse communication and cognitive abilities, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working with caregivers/parents. Ideal candidates are energetic, passionate, playful, motivated, and committed to ongoing learning. There are opportunities for leadership and growth into a full-time position for the right candidate.
