Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required from an accredited PT program.
• Oregon PT license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student motor and sensory skills using standardized assessment instruments.
• Evaluate motor and sensory development to determine appropriate type and amount of PT services.
• Instruct, train, and monitor classroom staff and parents in motor activities, accommodations, and modifications.
• Design and fabricate adaptive devices to enhance independence in the educational setting.
• Team with other personnel to provide coordinated and effective services.
• Monitor and evaluate therapy programs using observation, data and/or pre-post testing.
