Ivy Rehab Network in Pennsylvania (Dauphin County) is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist to work with birth to three‑year‑olds and their families in home, daycare, or community settings. This per‑visit role offers 5–19 hours weekly with potential to grow to part‑time or full‑time, emphasizing a coaching model to empower parents.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide PT, OT, Speech, and developmental services, with mentors, CEU opportunities, and a supportive culture

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program and PA licensure in good standing or pending.
  • Experience providing pediatric physical therapy to children 5 years and younger.
  • CPR and FA certification for pediatrics (required for all positions).

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and developmental services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct sessions in the child’s natural setting—home, daycare, or community.
  • Per‑visit schedule of 5‑19 hours per week with potential to grow to part‑time or full‑time.

As an Early Intervention therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to be the ones who provide the needed supports and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals. Services are provided in the child’s natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per‑visit position (5‑19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part‑time or potentially full‑time depending on need, flexibility, and growth.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
  • At least one year of experience as a Pediatric Physical Therapist with children 5 years old and younger.
  • Requirement for all positions: Pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in‑person skills testing).
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
