Job summary

A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. You will evaluate, treat, and support infants and children, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and families to promote motor development and functional independence.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana license, enjoys working with kids, and communicates effectively with parents. First Steps experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Indiana license to practice physical therapy.
• Experience in pediatric therapy and working with children and families.
• First Steps experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized pediatric treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality pediatric physical therapy in clinic and home settings.
