Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is hiring Indiana First Steps Developmental Therapists. Positions cover Clarksville, IN and Terre Haute, IN areas, with work in children’s natural environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in early childhood or special education required.
• Alternative: BA in communication disorders considered for DT-C.
• Other degrees acceptable with 15 credit hours in child development.
• Experience with Part C is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat children birth to age 3 in cognitive, social, and communication development.
• Deliver services primarily in natural environments (homes, daycares, community centers).
• Document treatment sessions and progress in IFSPs and reports.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain licensure and professional standards.
