Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children and their families. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist at A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of children by promoting physical development and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine individualized treatment plans for children with various developmental and physical challenges.
• Provide high-quality pediatric physical therapy services to infants and children in both clinical and home settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and developmental specialists, to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor and document progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in pediatric physical therapy practice.
