We are hiring licensed Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), and PRN Pediatric Physical Therapists in the following cities:

Chandler

Job Summary

Advanced Therapy Solutions provides in-home and clinic-based therapy services for children and young adults with complex needs. The Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy programs to improve function, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction. Responsibilities include documentation, caregiver education, treatment assessment, equipment recommendations, environment modifications, collaboration with professionals, caseload management, family communication, and billing accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, create, and implement individualized physical therapy plans for pediatric patients.
  • Maintain thorough documentation: evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries.
  • Educate and engage parents and caregivers on care strategies.
  • Assess treatment effects and adjust interventions; modify patient environments as needed.
  • Recommend and instruct on specialized equipment like wheelchairs and braces.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, manage caseloads, communicate effectively with families, and ensure accurate billing.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Arizona Physical Therapy license is mandatory.
  • Experience in pediatric settings is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome.
  • Passion for working with children and families is essential.
