Great Strides Rehabilitation in Yulee, FL is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient clinic. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnoses, collaborating with families to promote milestones and independence.

This full-time role offers a supportive, clinician-led environment with in-house CEUs, mentorship, and daily clinical support.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.
• Use play-based and child-led interventions to support engagement and progress; document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.

Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Yulee, FL

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families, improving lives, and advancing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmentaldelay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. We focus on helping children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care that supports developmental milestones.

Your Role:
