Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Pediatric Outpatient

Jacksonville, FL – Now Hiring: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions.

As a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient pediatric clinics, you will treat conditions, build relationships, improve lives, and grow within a supportive, clinician‑led environment.

Responsibilities

As part of a collaborative therapy team, you’ll help children build confidence, mobility, and independence through movement‑based care tailored to their individual needs. You will:

Assess and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients.
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and families to coordinate care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.

Requirements

PT: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program; active or eligible state license.
PTA: Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program; active or eligible state license.
