Great Strides Rehab, a H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient team in Riverview, Florida. New graduates are encouraged to apply and join a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on evidence-based care for children.

The role involves evaluating and treating pediatric patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and working with families to support development across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in an outpatient occupational therapy setting.
• Help children improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care abilities, and participation in daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support progress across home, school, and community environments.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely documentation.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day.

Great Strides Rehab, a H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Riverview, Florida. At Great Strides, you'll work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a multidisciplinary pediatric environment. Our clinicians focus on delivering individualized, evidence-based care to children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder, and other pediatric diagnoses while partnering closely with families to help every child reach their full potential.
