Great Strides Rehabilitation is seeking PRN Pediatric Therapists to join our outpatient team in Jacksonville, FL. We welcome PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs who are passionate about working with children in a collaborative setting.

Join a pediatric-focused clinic that serves children with autism, developmental delays, and other conditions. This role emphasizes play-based, evidence-based therapy, family education, and EMR documentation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active state license (or eligibility) in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized therapy services based on your discipline.
• Deliver play-based, child-centered interventions to support development and functional independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP).
• Educate and partner with families to support carryover at home.
• Document services accurately in EMR.
• Support a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, is seeking PRN Pediatric Therapists to join our growing outpatient team. This opportunity is open to Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) who are passionate about working with children in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Our clinics serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurological conditions, and other pediatric diagnoses. We focus on delivering individualized, play-based, evidence-based therapy to support each child’s growth, independence, and success.

Your Role:

• Provide high-quality, individualized therapy services based on your discipline
• Deliver play-based, child-centered interventions to support development and functional independence
