Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $89,000.00/yr

Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist at Mentor South Bay

Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate treatment and implement services for assigned clients as a member of a multi-disciplinary Early Childhood Services team.
2. Provide outreach services to children and families.
3. Consult with team members in the development of individualized plans and multidisciplinary services for assigned clients.
4. Maintain client records completely and accurately, including IFSP’s, assessments of client functioning and goals, documentation of client progress, and records of required contact with collaterals and family members.
5. Complete billing documentation according to the schedule established by the company.
6. Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to respective disciplines.
7. Keep supervisor informed of progress of all clients.
8. Meet direct service requirements based on part-time or full-time status.
9. Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration.
10. Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters.
11. Remain compliant with billing and documentation in accordance with direct service requirements.
12. Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
