Job summary

H2 Health Kids in Tyler, TX is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental and neurological challenges, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with families to promote functional independence.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive $42.00–$45.00 per hour, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. CPR and Texas licensure required.

Qualifications

• DPT/MSPT/BPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Join H2 Health Kids, an H2 Health company, where every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing pediatric team.

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Your Role

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges
• Develop individualized plans of care and adjust interventions based on patient progress
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote functional independence and developmental success

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience treating the pediatric population is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams
