Job summary

MedCare Pediatric seeks a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one therapy in children’s homes, daycares, and schools across Texas, empowering mobility and independence in a supportive setting.

We offer flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options, a sign-on bonus, and competitive pay of $60.00–$70.00 per hour. You’ll perform evaluations, develop goals, implement plans of care, and collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Supervision of PTAs is a plus but not required.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:
