Therapitas is a nonprofit that has served Spanish‑speaking families in Oklahoma since 2015 with one mission: ensuring Spanish‑speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child.

We’re hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. We provide trained interpreter support. And for those who want to learn, we’ll provide Spanish lessons or send you to Antigua, Guatemala.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
• Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
• Document services in our easy‑to‑use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family‑centered care
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy students

What We Offer

• $70,000 – $86,000 per year based on schedule and experience with up to $8,000 signing bonus available for candidates not participating in SIP.
