Job summary

The Nemours Foundation in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks a full-time Phlebotomist to join Nemours Children's Health. The role focuses on pediatric specimen collection, primarily blood draws, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30am–5:00pm, no weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Training in a Phlebotomy program required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience required.
• Pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens by venipuncture and capillary methods.
• Distribute specimens to correct laboratory sections and complete paperwork.
• Accurately record information and use LIS for data entry.
• Provide courteous reception services and assist with phone coverage.
