Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CPT 1 License required.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting (pediatrics, ICU, high-volume).
• Flexible to be called and work on the same day.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collection via venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
• Handle pediatric collections and difficult draws in medical office settings.
• Ensure compliance and safety standards are communicated to colleagues.
• Provide orientation and training to new patient services staff.
• Process specimens accurately and efficiently in an inpatient setting.
