Interpath Laboratory, Inc. is seeking an experienced pediatric phlebotomist to join a fast-paced clinic environment.

The ideal candidate will have pediatric experience and confidence working in a high-volume setting, with the ability to move efficiently and adapt quickly. The role includes venipuncture for pediatric patients, data entry, sample preparation, and strict adherence to safety and HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• Pediatric phlebotomy experience required.
• High level of accuracy in a fast-paced clinic.
• Ability to interact with pediatric patients and families professionally and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture for blood collection in pediatric patients.
• Obtain additional specimen types as required and prepare samples for lab testing.
• Verify specimen information and perform data entry with patient identification.
• Receive, process, and package samples for referral labs while maintaining specimen integrity.
• Follow safety protocols, HIPAA policies, Medicare rules, and participate in QA activities.
• Support clinic operations and assist with coverage to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
