Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification required by employing state.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture procedures.
• Label, centrifuge, store and decontaminate specimens per procedure.
• Explain venipuncture steps clearly to patients and demonstrate technique.
• Match lab requisitions to specimen tubes and ensure accuracy.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain specimen integrity.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
• Answer inquiries by reading lab results and updating patient info.
