Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter prescriptions in the operating system and review for completeness and accuracy.
• Process prescription claims, conduct prior authorizations, and perform benefits investigations.
• Assist in preparation, packaging, labeling of medications and related tasks.
• Interact with patients and healthcare staff to communicate prescription details.
• Maintain inventory levels, stock products, and manage narcotics per policy.
