Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Pharmacy Clinical Operations Manager to support the Director of Pharmacy in managing the pharmacy operations at Sunrise Hospital. Key responsibilities include supervision of staff, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy and an active pharmacist license in Nevada, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 year as a Pharmacy Clinical/Operations Specialist or 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Pharmacy in managing pharmacy operations.
• Assist in managing pharmacy in absence of Pharmacy Director.
• Develop training and mentorship programs for pharmacy staff.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and standards.
• Maintain controlled substance records and develop monitoring processes.
