We are a retained search firm, asked by our client, a 240 bed hospital to fill the below role.

ROLE:

• As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you'll help shape a highperforming, collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to delivering safe, topquality medication management across every stage of care.
• You'll oversee daily operations, guide and grow talented caregivers, champion medication safety, and ensure our practices meet the highest clinical and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered
• 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• PharmD
• Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including responsibility for staff development, workflow oversight, and operational performance
