Job summary

Responsibilities

• Completes patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Records vital signs and measurements per guidelines.
• Assists with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Gathers supplies and supports ED/clinic visits, admissions, transfers.
• Communicates patient needs to health care team.
• Acts as courier between departments as needed.
• Performs clerical duties and manages phones and packets.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are stocked and organized.
