Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes patient care (vital signs, measurements, ADLs) safely and efficiently as directed by licensed staff.
• Documents patient care and assignments per department guidelines.
• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge as directed by licensed staff.
• Communicates patient/family information and needs to the health care team.
• Acts as a courier between ancillary departments as needed.
• Performs clerical duties such as reception, phones, supplies, and packet creation.
• Ensures patient supplies/equipment are organized, clean, and restocked.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
