Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers (trading as Blue Cloud) in Kansas City is seeking a TEMPORARY Patient Service Coordinator to greet and register patients, manage the daily schedule, and provide families with the required forms and information.

The role requires 2–3 years of customer service experience in a dental or medical office, a high school diploma, and strong communication with basic computer skills. This is a 3‑month assignment with no on‑call and no weekend duties.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service in high-volume dental or medical office.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet usage.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and family members.
• Manage appointments and daily schedule.
• Provide patients and their families with appropriate forms and informational documents.
• Escalate issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties.
