Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service in high-volume dental or medical office.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients and family members.
• Manage appointments and daily schedule.
• Provide patients and families with appropriate forms and information.
• Provide customer service and escalate issues to the appropriate parties.
