Qualifications

• Successful completion of a California DoH approved Nursing Assistant training program OR one year of an education program leading to an ADN/BSN OR two years of experience as a Nursing Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient observation and care; record vitals and pain levels; collect specimens and track intake/output.
• Assist with feeding; help with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Respond to call signals; make beds; clean and care for equipment.
• Input data into the EMR and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
