Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure by the State of California as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• May require RQI Provider certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with physicians regarding appropriate types and modalities of physical therapy.
• Evaluate indications and contraindications of PT treatments; perform manual muscle testing and ROM measurements.
• Plan physical therapy treatment routines and administer a wide range of treatments and modalities.
• Provide active, passive, assisted, resistive and postural exercises; supervise PT Aides; maintain records.
