Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bath, feed, play) and provide other patient care as directed.
• Prepare rooms for patient admissions ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment setup.
• Record intake and output as directed by RN.
• Take vital signs and report abnormalities to assigned RN.
• Utilize electronic medical record to document patient care.
• Transport patients to other unit locations and escort discharged patients to car.
