Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and other patient care as directed.
• Prepare rooms for patient admissions ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment.
• Participate in comfort rounds and monitor patient well‑being.
• Perform vital signs and report abnormalities to RN.
• Record intake and output as directed by RN.
• Maintain stock of equipment and supplies at designated areas.
• Utilize EMR for documenting patient care and transport patients as needed.
• Support family centered care and effective communication with other departments.
