Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA training or enrollment preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification within 2 weeks of hire; Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care including assistance with feeding, personal care, and activities of daily living.
• Accurate documentation of patient information in electronic records.
• Maintain unit supplies, assist with equipment, and transport as directed by RN.
• Demonstrate knowledge of pediatric patient needs and infection control policies.
