AdventHealth Mills Park Pediatrics in Orlando, FL seeks a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric therapy services at Mills Park Pediatrics with potential coverage at Celebration and East Orlando.

Responsibilities include supervising therapy aides, maintaining clinical productivity, and developing individualized treatment plans. Requires Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, Florida SLP license or eligibility, BLS, and strong communication skills. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed as SLP in Florida or eligible.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the care provided by therapy aides according to regulations and standards.
• Maintains productivity and adjusts hours to meet patient needs.
• Instructs and mentors clinically to support performance improvements.
• Adapts to changes in patient census and assists other centers as needed.
• Supports safety and quality initiatives and participates in community education.
