Inova Children's Multispecialty in Fairfax, VA seeks a dedicated Outpatient Registered Nurse to support the Pediatric Ophthalmology team. This full-time day-shift role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, at 8280 Willow Oaks Corporate Dr., Ste 300, Fairfax, VA 22031.

The RN provides primary care support, including prior authorization, med refills, injections, and patient education. BSN preferred with ADN requiring BSN within 5 years, and Virginia RN licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Virginia or eligible to practice
• BSN within 5 years if ADN
• Experience in pediatric/outpatient settings preferred

Responsabilités

• Perform duties to support clinic operations: prior authorization, medication refills, in-basket management, injections, patient education
• Provide safe, holistic care in a physician practice or outpatient setting
• Improve care outcomes through data-informed practice and team collaboration
• Make independent clinical decisions based on education and experience
