Job summary

Fairview Masonic Children's University Hospital in Minneapolis seeks a pediatric physical therapist for our outpatient clinic. You will collaborate with families and a pediatric team to provide safe, evidence-based care across evaluation, diagnosis, planning and intervention.

The role supports a large academic health system with mentorship, clinical specialization and a recognized clinical specialist program. Schedule is Mon–Fri with some evenings; 0.8–1.0 FTE; broad benefits and CE support.

Qualifications

• Minnesota PT license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients.
• Develop and adjust individualized plans of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team.
