Job summary

Children’s Minnesota seeks a pediatric physical therapist to evaluate and provide therapy to children across outpatient rehab locations, with potential inpatient training. You will document care, communicate with families and primary care providers, and help maintain a safe, efficient environment.

Requirements include a PT degree, Minnesota state licensure (temp allowed with board exam proof), and BLS certification; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Minnesota state licensure; temporary licensure accepted with proof of passing board exam.
• BLS certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide physical therapy services to children, with written documentation and orders.
• Provide patient/family/caregiver, staff, and student training; maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Manage departmental equipment and time effectively; promote satisfaction among patients and families.
• Care delivery across outpatient rehab locations; may include inpatient training and weekend rotation.
