Fairview Clinics and Specialty Center in Maplewood is seeking a casual pediatric occupational therapist to join our outpatient team. The role collaborates with physical and speech therapists to deliver safe, patient-centered care across examinations, planning, and interventions.

The position supports professional growth through mentorship, clinical specialization, and ongoing education. Eligible staff may participate in the 403(b) plan and Sick Time, with options for earned wage access.

Formación

• Must hold Occupational Therapy licensure in Minnesota or a temporary Minnesota license.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Preferred: Master's degree in OT and NBCOT certification; 1+ year outpatient pediatric experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Evaluation/Re-evaluation with patient and family.
• Gather pertinent data and perform examination.
• Develop an individualized plan of care in collaboration with patient and family.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and caretakers.
• Manage documentation and billing per department standards.
• Pursue professional development and participate in mentorship programs.
