Fairview Health Services in the Twin Cities is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to support outpatient pediatric needs with the Fairview Rehab Flexible Workforce Team.

The role emphasizes feeding interventions with mentoring available for less experienced candidates. You will collaborate with patients and families, deliver safe, evidence-based care within scope of practice, and participate in education and professional growth through our rehab programs.

Formación

• Minnesota OT license (or temporary) in MN.
• Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross).
• MS in Occupational Therapy.
• 1+ year of OT experience.
• 1+ year in pediatrics.
• Training in feeding interventions.
• SOS feeding approach training.
• NBCOT certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and plan individualized OT care for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with patients and families to set goals and outcomes.
• Document evaluations, plans, and progress per standards.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team across locations.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based occupational therapy within scope of practice.
• Provide coverage across Twin Cities locations (Burnsville, Edina, Eagan, Maple Grove, Maplewood, New Hope, Woodbury).
