Job summary

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Washington is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement medically prescribed treatment programs for pediatric patients to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. This role offers independence in clinical operations with strong judgment and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

The position is full-time (FTE 1.0) with a 10-hour day shift, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of state board examination.
• Currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac patient management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients, establish and modify a treatment plan as needed.
• Provide outpatient and/or inpatient therapy interventions as directed.
• Document in the medical record timely and accurate progress and treatment notes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Perform well in stress and emergency situations.
