Job summary

MultiCare Health System, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join the Mary Bridge outpatient therapy team in Tacoma. You will evaluate, plan and implement OT services for pediatric patients in both outpatient and hospital settings.

The role emphasizes collaborative care and growth, with preferred pediatric OT experience and opportunities for advancement through the in-house education department within a leading Washington health system.

Qualifications

• Active Washington OT license.
• Minimum one year of outpatient pediatric OT experience preferred.
• Excellent documentation and communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for OT.
• Perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify it as needed.
• Provide outpatient and/or inpatient OT interventions as directed.
• Document in the medical record timely and accurate entries.
• Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
