Job summary

Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred, NEW GRADs welcome.
- Successful completion of state board examination required.
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Washington state.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan and implement medically prescribed therapy programs.
- Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide treatment interventions for outpatient and inpatient populations as directed.
- Document in medical records timely and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other health professionals to coordinate care.
