Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and implement medically prescribed treatment programs for children and adolescents, aiming to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability. The role requires successful completion of the state board exam and current licensure to practice in Washington, with experience in orthopedic, neurologic or cardiac patient management desirable.

FTE 0.75, Days.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of state board examination.
• Currently licensed to practice physical therapy in Washington.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac patient management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement medically prescribed treatment programs.
• Restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease or injury.
• Perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations and modify plans as needed.
• Document in the medical record timely and accurate.
• Communicate well with patients and health professionals in care coordination.
