Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.
• PT license in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments with proper documentation.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans as patient progresses.
• Educates patients and families on plans and home exercises.
• Maintains safety, infection control, and compliant documentation.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to policies.
