Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough PT evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy and documents all interventions.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Provides clear documentation of evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and post-treatment care.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and operates therapy equipment safely.
• Collaborates with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
