Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in states where you work.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services according to AOTA standards, develops care plans with goals.
• Meets productivity standards for the department.
• Maintains accurate patient records and billing.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and care team about needs and goals.
• Supervises staff and students to ensure high-quality care.
• Engages in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
