Amazing Care Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Utah County team. You will deliver in-home OT services, assess patients, and implement therapy plans across ages to improve daily living skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT Certification required.
• OT license in Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• 1+ year of OT experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality OT care and develop plans of care with goals.
• Assist clients across age groups to improve cognitive, neurological, physical, sensory, feeding, daily living, and social/emotional functioning.
• Coordinate with physicians and health teams to ensure safe, effective care.
• Instruct clients and families in the treatment plan and home program.
• Identify needs for additional services and refer as appropriate.
• Prepare and submit documentation per policy.
• Maintain clinical competency in occupational therapy.
