Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy in the Utah County area. The OT will implement treatment plans across cognitive, physical, sensory, and daily living domains for clients of various ages, in homes and community settings.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in OT, Utah license, NBCOT, and active BLS certification; a driving license with auto insurance is required, with mileage reimbursement for visits.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT Certification is required.
• Utah OT license is required.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance is required.
• 1+ year OT clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop comprehensive OT treatment plans with goals.
• Help pediatric and adult clients develop cognitive, physical, sensory, and daily living skills.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other health care professionals.
• Instruct clients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Identify additional services needed and arrange referrals.
• Prepare and submit documentation per policy.
• Maintain clinical competency in occupational therapy.

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

OT License in Utah

NBCOT Certification

Active BLS certification

Valid driver's license & auto insurance

1+ year clinical OT experience preferred
