RWJBarnabas Health’s Children's Specialized Hospital in Morristown, NJ is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement pediatric treatment plans. You will collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and developmental progress in a pediatric outpatient setting.

The role requires a master's degree in OT, NJ licensure, and BLS certification, with NBCOT preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NJ OT license required.
• Twelve-week pediatric clinical affiliation or pediatric OT experience preferred.
• NBCOT certification and active registration preferred.
• BLS Provider certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with individualized plans.
• Develop and implement targeted therapy goals to improve function.
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate families on home strategies and progress.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress to the care team.
