Job summary

H2 Health Kids is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to provide play-based therapy and build strong relationships with children and families in a team-driven environment.

As an OTA, you will support treatment plans, help develop fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills, and document progress in the Raintree EMR while coordinating with supervising OT and families for carryover at home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Active state COTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
• Provide hands-on, play-based therapy interventions.
• Support development of fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
• Communicate progress and updates to supervising OT.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Partner with families and caregivers to support carryover at home.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.
